Capestone Development, Brisbane (Australia)
The Capestone housing development located at Mango Hill, just north of Brisbane sets a new standard for stylish, spacious and tranquil lakeside living.
Access to the development from the North is via Capestone Boulevard crossing over the Moreton Bay Rail Link and the feeder to the development’s Central Lake.
The customer wanted to enhance the development and the Capestone name, while being aesthetically pleasing to blend in well with the surrounding - for a lasting first impression when entering the premises.
A double span BEBO Arch Structure with precast spandrel- and wing walls was chosen. Humes (a Division of Holcim Australia) supplied their 15500 Two Piece (Twin Leaf) Arch Shape – the project included production and supply of a total of 80 arch elements, 14 spandrel wall- and 62 wing wall elements.
