BEBO Arch matching client's commitment to sustainability
BEBO was selected to span a railway line in Cornwall, providing essential access to the new sustainable village called Nansledan—its name meaning ‘broad valley’ in Cornish. Once built, the structure would not only link Nansledan to its main access road but also strengthen connections with neighbouring communities.
Nansledan itself is a model of land-efficient housing development, utilizing low-carbon materials and reducing its reliance on cars while driving a sustainable local economy that helps the community thrive.
The BEBO Arch System’s slender concrete arches further contribute to environmental goals by minimizing embodied carbon and requiring less structural fill material. These factors make the BEBO Arch an ideal choice, matching the village’s strong commitment to sustainability and responsible growth.
