Multiple Span BEBO Bridge over existing Rail Line
How many of you out there have heard about the town of Dalsinghsarai in the state of Bihar, India? I must admit, I had not, but here is some interesting trivia: It is said that the second railway station in all of India was built in Dalsinghsarai.
Now, while there is no prove of this, it is a fact that we are currently building a major BEBO bridge less than 2km to the north of this very railway station. The structure – once completed – will be a Flyover bridge for State Highway 88 overcrossing the double track rail line connecting Baraundi in the south with Samastipur in the north.
A total of 22 BEBO arch spans of 18m each flanking the center beam span.
Great to see those arches going in.
